We have a fixed shipping cost of £40 per order no matter how large your screen order is. We will email you within 24 hours to acknowledge your order and advise of delivery day. Typical delivery time is within 3 days of order placement. We will then notify you more specific details of your delivery when the screens are despatched.
We love our products and are confident that you will too. But in the unlikely event that you're not 100% happy, we offer a 'no quibble' 14 day returns policy from the day that you receive your order. Simply contact us first so that we know to expect your return, and then return your goods, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging to: ***. Please note that return carriage is at your own expense and risk - we cannot be held liable for any damage or loss when goods are in transit back to us.

As you'd expect, we take great care to package all to orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If your order is in any way damaged on receipt, please let us know within 24 hours including pictures of the damage too. We will then arrange to have your order replaced as soon as possible.
